Be CuTe And SwEet InnoCenT..

Im pretty Cute..AHAHA... Do I cAre If People JeaLous...

AWWwww...So CUtee... Try to nozzle like Duck..hahah..Much BetTer..
oK nExt Posing.. Do pEace Pose.. And do AdorabLe sMile.. AIgOOoo... UUPPUTAAAAA.....
ok Stop2.. Overlimit ..hehehe..
Now let Me show U hoW to BE cuTe in The Right WAy noT thaT ABoVe Way...

Remember to be friendly. Rudeness isn't a cute trait and should be destroyed; like that frown on your face! Smiling immediately makes a person seem warmer and more inviting to talk to. Work on smiling in public until it comes naturally! Not a huge, toothy grin, but a quaint curve of the lips.

Always be polite. When you accept something from another person (be it an object or even a compliment), say 'Thank you' with a warm smile. When you do the same to another person and they say it to you, return them a 'You're welcome'. These are basic mannerisms, but are important to remember. Good manners are essential. Not only are they cute, but give a good impression too!

Eliminate all vulgar language from your vocabulary. Cussing simply isn't lady-like. If it's become a habit, you can try replacing certain curse words with things like "Fiddlesticks!" or "Bother!". Not only are they fun and old-timey, but they can be cute too; when used sparingly.

Avoid taking part in dirty conversations. Innocence means not knowing of impure things. This doesn't mean you can't laugh at a joke or two, nor does it mean that you have to flush your mind of everything you already know. All you have to do is involve yourself less if possible.

Make an effort to remember peoples' names. It's polite and makes a person feel special if you've only bumped into them a couple of times. If you honestly can't remember,
don't guess! If you say the wrong name, it can be extremely awkward and make the person feel unimportant.

Learn to share. A selfless attitude tells you a lot about a person. Become willing to share things with friends to make them feel special. Food (especially snacks such as potato chips), clothes and video games are ideal to friends who may be in need or simply ask. Sometimes, people don't understand that loan doesn't mean donation. If a person has kept an item of yours longer than you believe is necessary, politely ask them about it. You have the right to do so.

Less is more; especially when it comes to make-up. I'm not going to go into detail on how to specifically do 'cute' make-up, simply because everyone has their individual preferences, skin tones and budgets. Some people believe they have to cake their face with make-up to look good, but that simply isn't true. Some 'nude' lip gloss (which blends with your actual skin) can make for a very cute look; simply because it's natural - which is what should be achieved. For a fresh look, try applying pink blush to the apples of your cheeks!

Scents are worth every cent! If you're an adolescent, you should wear antiperspirant deodorant for obvious reasons. But if you choose not to, perfume or a sweetly scented body spray make for the perfect replacement. Fruity fragrances work well for an odor that isn't too strong and they fit the cuteness theme

It's best to go with simple hairstyles. The first thing that comes to many peoples' minds when it comes to cute ways to hold up hair is in pigtails, which can suit some people, but it can make you seem like you're trying too hard. A ponytail accessorized with a ribbon tied around it, side ponytail, messy bun and plaits are traditionally cute ways to tie up hair! Headbands, scrunchies and barrettes are especially good. Anything with bows or chibi cartoon characters is perfect

.Don't try and change your voice. Making your voice high-pitched and squeaky to mimic little kids or anime characters is obvious and gets annoying quickly. No matter how you sound, I'm sure your voice is fine the way it is. This also applies to height. Short people aren't the only cute ones; many tall girls are adorable

  1. Be YoursElf aNd peopLe Will RespEct you... Ignore What people said bcause they all jealous of you... continue life with smile and with out problemm.. PEACEEE...^^             Nobody's liked by everybody, and you are going to meet people who dislike you and/or make fun of you for no reason. Just shake it off with a smile and walk away. "If you haven't got anything nice to say, don't say anything at all."
CUTE2.....

Ok.. noW lets Look The Top 10 Tips Of inTerView...
 ARE U READY??
(ohh yes, of coz)

Plan Ahead

Be Prepared! Do a little homework prior to the interview. Browse through the employers' website and learn something about the company before you attend your interview. Research the company and the position if possible, as well as the people you will meet with at the interview. Review your work experiences. Be ready to support past career accomplishments with specific information targeted towards the companies' needs. Prepare your facts and get them right!

Role Play

Once you have finished your research, begin role playing (rehearsing). Be prepared for questions that are frequently asked by employers such as "Tell me about yourself" or "Why should we hire you?" Write down answers if it helps to make your presentation more concise. Try to keep your answers to the information your new employer will want to know. It is good to get the advice from those who are more experienced or better still, from the HR people to get a clear picture on what the recruiters are looking for.

First Impression Counts!

You never get a second chance to make a first impression! Dress professionally and appropriately (according to the job you are applying for). Flip-flop sandals and singlet are definitely out.

Be On Time!

If possible, try getting to the venue before the actual interview day to see how long it will take. Public transport may be unreliable, you may have been stuck in heavy traffic, but however reasonable your excuses are, they won't change the fact that your chances are reduced if you are late. Remember that first impression counts!
Worse comes to worst, if you are going to be late, ring your interviewer(s) and let them know. It is a matter of courtesy.

Be Positive!

Don't criticise past employers, particularly within the industry. Focus on positive achievements and views. In particular, avoid negative comments about past employers,. And don't talk too much! You may be shooting yourself in your foot (literally) when you disclose too much of information that you do not wish to be known in the first place.

Encourage

Encourage the interviewer to share information about his or her company. Demonstrate your interest.

Eye Contact

Maintain eye contact with your interviewer. Show that you want the job with interest.

Adapt and relate

Listen and adapt. Be sensitive to the style of the interviewer. Try to relate your answers to the interviewer and his or her company. Focus on achievements relevant to the position. Talk about specific achievements!
Interviewers like to know how you felt about a particular success. Some will ask for specific examples of things you've done that you're particularly proud of; how you solved problems; how you learned - and improved - from difficult situations

Be honest!

There really is no point lying about your background and/or skills. If you get caught, or even manage to get away with it by getting employed and then get found out, you can be sure you won't be around for long! Job interviews are about matching needs - if there isn't a good match, then chances are that the job won't work out.

And finally, don't give up!

The fact is that you will not be offered every job you applied for, however perfect you think you may be for it. Feedback from interviews where you have been turned down can be invaluable for improving future results. Ask politely if they can give you any feedback. Always remember that there is a job out there for you somewhere.

GoOd LUCK. .. All tHe BesT..

1.Kick the Caffeine. It's not rocket science that caffeine keeps your body awake. It's a stimulant, which is why a lot of us use it to keep functioning throughout the day! In reality, it can stay in your body for up to 14 hours, so keep that in mind when you dive into your cup of coffee or can of Coke before hitting the sack. Try to take your last caffeinated drink at least 4 to 6 hours before bedtime.
2.Don't Drink Alcohol. At first, it might seem like an easy way for you to knock yourself out at night, but it actually causes disturbances in your sleep, therefore leading to a restless sleep which will leave you feeling tired the next morning.
3.Try to Relax! Stress is part of everyday life, but it can make you miserable and leave you up at night. Try to develop a "system" to break the connection between the day's stresses and bedtime. It can be as short as 10 minutes, or as long as an hour to disconnect from your day. Read a book, meditate, take a hot bath!
4.Exercise! Regular exercise is not only good for you physcially, but studies have shown that people that exercise on a regular basis sleep better at night. Don't exercise in the evening though if you have trouble sleeping, it can make you more alert so for those of us that can't sleep, it's best to do it in the morning.
5.Keep your bedroom quiet and dark. For a lot of people, even the slightest noises can keep them up at night. Use earplugs, dark windows and curtains, or even a fishtank for "relaxing" noise. Don't use the overhead light if you can help it, and keep the temperature at a comfortable level for you.
6.Eat right. Try not to go to bed when you're hungry. But, don't eat a heavy meal before bed either! Milk contains "tryptophan" which is a sleep-promoting substance. Other foods that you might want to snack on before bed would also be avocados, eggs, peaches, potatoes or bananas.
7.Don't smoke before bed! Even though that last "butt" of the night might make you more relaxed, nicotine has similar effects as caffeine. It will release a stimulant in your body, which will cause you to lie awake at night!
8.Don't Nap! If you have trouble sleeping at night, try not to nap during the day. If you do, keep it short! A brief power nap can be rejuvenating, but keep it to just 15 or 20 minutes.
9.Keep Fido off the bed. If your pet sleeps with you, this might cause some sleeping problems as well. If your pet moves around at night, it can disturb your sleep - not to mention if you have allergies, it won't help those either!
10.Don't Watch TV, Eat or Argue in bed. Try to get in the habit of keeping your bed for sleep only. It's not a place to watch tv, eat or argue with your spouse or Roomate. All of these will make it difficult for you to fall asleep.

Do YoU kNoW?

Do you know what is ISP( internet service provider)??

Now I want tell YoU aBout It....
So... PleAse Read okay..

What does ISP mean?

ISP literally means Internet service provider or provider. It is a service (most of the time paid for) which allows you to connect to the Internet.

Why use an ISP?

Unless you have a specialised line (other than a telephone line), you cannot connect directly to the internet using your telephone line. Indeed, the telephone line was not designed for this:
  • it was originally designed to transport "voice", i.e. a frequency modulation in the range of the voice tone
  • telephone servers only know how to start a conversation from a telephone number
  • unless you resort to a special service, generally it is not possible to have communication between more than two points...
So, the internet service provider is an intermediary (connected to the internet by specialised lines) which gives you access to the Internet, using a number which you enter using your modem, and which enables a connection to be established.

How does the ISP connect you to the Internet?

When you are connected to the Internet through your service provider, communication between you and the ISP is established using a simple protocol: PPP (Point to Point Protocol), a protocol making it possible for two remote computers to communicate without having an IP address.
In fact your computer does not have an IP address. However an IP address is necessary to be able to go onto the Internet because the protocol used on the Internet is the TCP/IP protocol which makes it possible for a very large number of computers which are located by these addresses to communicate.
So, communication between you and the service provider is established according to the PPP protocol which is characterised by:
  • a telephone call
  • initialisation of communication
  • verification of the user name (login or userid)
  • verification of the password
Once you are "connected", the internet service provider lends you an IP address which you keep for the whole duration that you are connected to the internet. However, this address is not fixed because at the time of the next connection the service provider gives you one of its free addresses (therefore different because depending on its capacity, it may have several hundreds of thousand addresses.).
Your connection is therefore a proxy connection because it is your service provider who sends all the requests you make and the service provider who receives all the pages that you request and who returns them to you.
It is for these reasons for example that when you have Internet access via an ISP, you must pick up your email on each connection because generally it is the service provider that receives your email (it is stored on one of its servers).

Differences between ISPs

Selecting an ISP depends on many criteria including the number of services offered and the quality of these services. So what are these criteria?
  • Cover: some ISPs only offer cover in large towns, other offers national coverage, i.e. a number which is charged as a local call wherever you are calling from
  • Bandwidth: this is the total speed that the ISP offers. This bandwidth is shared between the number of subscribers, so the more the number of subscribers increases the smaller this becomes (the bandwidth allocated to each subscriber must be greater than his transmission capacity in order to provide him with a quality service).
  • Price: this depends on the ISP and the type of package chosen. Some ISPs now offer free access
  • Access: unlimited: some ISPs offer a package where your connection time is taken into account, i.e. you cannot exceed a number of hours of connection per month, in which case the call charge is subject to a price increase (additional minutes are very expensive). Some providers even offer tariffs without subscription, i.e. only the communication is paid for (but obviously is more expensive than a local call!)
  • Technical service: this is a team responsible for responding to your technical problems (also called a hotline or even customer service). ISPs generally charge for this type of service (sometimes 1.35€ for the call then 0.34€/min)
  • Supplementary services:
    • Number of email addresses
    • Space made available for the creation of a personal page (HTML)
    • ...

Making sense of the different packages on offer

Internet service providers (ISP) offer increasing subscription and package types for accessing the Internet...
Free Internet, Internet without subscription which is all very tempting but how do they offer these types of free services?
  • Paid subscription with unlimited access
This is the traditional package. It consists of paying a fixed amount each month (around 10 to 30€). With this package Internet access is unlimited, i.e. you can connect as much as you want during the month... you only pay the call charges (at the cost of a local call).
This type of package generally offers one (or more) email address as well as space to create a personal page
  • Paid subscription with limited access
This type of package has the same characteristics as the previous one with the difference that the subscription is cheaper but the amount of connection time is limited. Beyond this limit, the cost is increased per additional period.
  • Internet access without subscription
Warning! This service is not free of charge... It only allows you to be able to connect occasionally by paying for access with a higher per minute cost for the call. It is only suitable for people who rarely connect to the internet (very few hours a month), and does not include benefits such as space for a personal page (however free hosting is available other than with ISPs).
  • Free internet service providers
How do these companies offer free access?
It is advertising which enables these companies to offer such packages. In fact, from the moment you connect you will see several advertising banners displayed.
Here you are gaining. Furthermore, the inconvenience caused by this type of advertising is minimal...
